Participants of food companies from pc 118/220 can count on compensation from Alimento.
Registration
- Participants complete the online registration form with current, complete and accurate information.
- Participants select the applicable registration.
- Participants that register receive an invoice with payment details via e-mail.
- If, after receipt of the invoice, it appears that the information is incorrect, an administrative fee of 10 euro will be charged if a new invoice is required.
- Participants make the payment of the registration fee.
- Participants agree with these Terms and Conditions related to the conference
Payment and Cancellation
Registration is not completed and confirmed until the full payment has been received. Payment should be received at the latest one month after receiving of the invoice.
Cancellation charges:
In case of cancellation you will be obliged to pay half of the amount. If your registration is cancelled after September 15th, 2024, the total amount will be charged.
GDPR
By registering for the conference, participants agree that a list of participants exhibiting names and organisations will be established, and that photos will be taken and may be published for communication purposes. The attendance list will be published in the proceedings of the conference. Please contact Jessy.claeys@ivlo.vlaanderen.be beforehand if you do not want to have your picture published.
